Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start your journey from any point in Northern Hungary and head towards Budapest. Use the M3 motorway if coming from the north or the M2 if coming from the northeast. Once you reach Budapest, follow signs for 'Buda'. Exit at 'Clark Ádám tér'. The Zero Kilometre Stone is located in Clark Ádám tér, which is centrally positioned in the District I. Parking may be available nearby, but be mindful of potential fees and regulations.

• Public Transportation - Train

  For those using public transportation, take a train from any major city in Northern Hungary to Budapest. The main train stations, such as Miskolc or Eger, have regular services to Budapest. Upon arriving at Budapest's Nyugati or Keleti train station, transfer to the M2 metro line at either station. Take the metro towards Széll Kálmán tér and disembark at the Széll Kálmán tér station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Clark Ádám tér where the Zero Kilometre Stone is located.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  Alternatively, you can take an intercity bus to Budapest from various locations in Northern Hungary. Buses frequently depart from major towns like Miskolc or Eger. Arrive at the Árpád híd bus station in Budapest. From there, you can take tram line 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the Széll Kálmán tér stop and walk about 10 minutes to reach Clark Ádám tér, the location of the Zero Kilometre Stone.
