If you are driving, start from the center of Szeged. Head southeast on Kossuth Lajos sugárút toward Tisza Lajos körút. Continue straight onto Széchenyi tér, then take a slight left onto Bécsi körút. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn right onto Szél utca. The Szeged Zoo will be on your left at Szél u. 90. There is free parking available near the entrance.

To reach Szeged Zoo by bus, find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 18 or 19. The buses typically run every 20-30 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Szeged, Szél utca' stop, which is just a short walk from the zoo entrance. The fare is approximately 350 HUF (about 1 EUR) for a single ticket, which you can purchase from the bus driver.

If you prefer tram travel, take tram line 1 from the city center. Ride to the 'Szeged, Felső Tisza-part' stop. From there, you can either walk for about 15 minutes along Széchenyi tér and Bécsi körút or take bus number 18 or 19 from the nearby stop to Szél utca. The tram fare is also around 350 HUF (about 1 EUR).
