From Szent Istvan ter, head south towards the Széchenyi Square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kossuth Lajos utca. Turn left onto Kossuth Lajos utca and walk until you reach the next major intersection. At this intersection, you will see a tram stop. From here, you can catch Tram 1 towards the Kiskundorozsmai Városrész direction.

Tram
Take Tram 1 from the stop you reached after walking from Szent Istvan ter. Ride the tram for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the 'Zoológiai Kert' stop. Get off here. The tram fare is around 350 HUF (Hungarian Forint), and you can purchase your ticket from a vending machine at the tram stop.

After disembarking from Tram 1 at the 'Zoológiai Kert' stop, head east along Szél utca (the street in front of you). Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Szeged Zoo on your left at Szél u. 90. Enjoy your visit!
