If you are starting from the Tatabánya train station, exit the station and head southeast on Szent István út towards Kossuth Lajos utca. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Kossuth Lajos utca and continue for another 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Eötvös utca. Turn right onto Eötvös utca and walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the signs for Lengyel Barlang. Follow the trail signs leading up the hill to the cave entrance.
