From the Tatabánya train station, exit the station and look for the bus stop nearby. Take bus number 12 towards the 'Meszes Barlang' stop. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you reach the Meszes Barlang stop, disembark and follow the path up the hill to the entrance of the cave.

If you're starting from the city center of Tatabánya, head south on Fő tér towards Kossuth Lajos utca. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Bánhidai út. Turn left and follow Bánhidai út for another 800 meters until you reach the bus stop for line 12. From there, you can take the bus to Meszes Barlang, or continue walking for approximately 1.5 km up the hill to reach the cave.
