Car
To reach Kőröshegy Viaduct by car, start on the M7 motorway. If you're coming from Budapest, head toward Balaton and follow the signs for M7. Take exit 121 for Kőröshegy. This will lead you onto Route 7. Follow Route 7, and you will see signs directing you to Kőröshegy. The viaduct is located at Kőröshegy, 8617. There is free parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
If you're traveling by public transport, take a train from Budapest Déli Railway Station to Balatonföldvár. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. From Balatonföldvár station, you can catch a local bus (Bus number 7 or 8) heading towards Kőröshegy. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to check the local bus timetable for the most up-to-date schedule. The bus stop is within walking distance of Kőröshegy Viaduct.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous, you can bike to Kőröshegy Viaduct. If you are starting from Siófok, take the cycling path along the southern shore of Lake Balaton. The ride offers beautiful views and is approximately 25 kilometers. Follow the signs for the cycling route towards Kőröshegy. Once you arrive, there are spots to lock your bike near the viaduct.
