    If you're traveling by car from Transdanubia, take the M1 motorway towards Budapest. Follow signs for Budapest and continue on the M1 until it merges into the M7. Stay on the M7 and follow signs for 'Pest' as you approach the city. Once in Budapest, take the exit for 'Kerepesi út' and continue straight. Turn right onto 'Rákóczi út,' and then a left onto 'Dohány utca.' You will find Dohány Street Synagogue at number 2, on your left.
