From the center of Vác, head south on Kossuth Lajos utca towards the Danube River. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the bridge over the Danube. Cross the bridge and stay on the main road, following signs towards Budapest. After crossing the bridge, continue straight onto the main road (Szentendrei út). Follow this road for approximately 30 minutes. You will see the Aquincum Museum on your left side at Szentendrei út 135.

From the Vác bus station, take bus 30 towards Budapest. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Aquincum' stop. Once you get off the bus, the museum will be a short walk ahead on Szentendrei út. Look for the entrance on your right at Szentendrei út 135.

Make your way to the Vác train station and take a train towards Budapest Nyugati station. The train journey takes about 25 minutes.
