Public Transport
From Tatabánya, head to the Tatabánya Train Station (Tatabánya Vasútállomás). You can reach the station by walking or taking a local bus. Once at the station, take a train towards Budapest. Look for train services heading to Budapest Nyugati pályaudvar. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arriving at Budapest Nyugati, exit the train station and head to the nearest tram stop.

Tram
At the Nyugati pályaudvar tram stop, board tram number 4 or 6. Both trams will take you towards the city center. Stay on the tram for about 8 stops and get off at the Kossuth Lajos tér stop. The Hungarian Parliament Building will be directly in front of you as you exit the tram.

After getting off the tram at Kossuth Lajos tér, simply walk towards the large building that is the Hungarian Parliament. It is situated at Kossuth Lajos tér 1-3, right by the banks of the Danube. You will easily spot it due to its impressive architecture.
