The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Árpád Bridge area, transfer to the Metro Line 1 (Yellow Line) at the 'Árpád híd' metro station. Travel towards 'Vörösmarty tér' and get off at 'Deák Ferenc tér'. From Deák Ferenc tér, switch to Metro Line 2 (Red Line) and head towards 'Örs vezér tere'. Get off at 'Örs vezér tere' and transfer to Bus 26 towards 'Kiscelli Múzeum'. The bus will take you directly to the Kiscelli Museum, located at Kiscelli u. 108. The total travel time will be around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on waiting times.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the center of Vac and make your way to the ferry terminal by walking along the riverbank. Take the ferry to Budapest, which operates regularly. Once you arrive in Budapest, head towards the bus stop near the ferry terminal and catch a bus towards 'Bécsi út'. After a short ride, you will need to transfer to Bus 26 at the stop 'Bécsi út / Kiscelli Múzeum'. This option will take you approximately 2-3 hours, including the ferry ride.
