Walking
From the center of Vác, head towards the Váci Városháza (City Hall) located at Rákóczi Ferenc út. Once there, look for the bus stop for the 100E bus service towards Budapest. Board the bus, which will take you directly to the city of Budapest. After about a 40-minute ride, get off at Deák Ferenc tér, which is a central square in Budapest. Once you arrive at Deák Ferenc tér, the Lutheran church will be right at Deák Ferenc tér 4. The church is easily recognizable with its striking architecture.

Start at the Váci railway station (Vác Vasútállomás). Purchase a ticket for the train heading towards Budapest. The journey typically takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Nyugati Pályaudvar (Western Railway Station) in Budapest, exit the station and head towards the nearest metro station (Nyugati pályaudvar M3). Take the M3 metro line towards Kőbánya-Kispest and change at Deák Ferenc tér station. Exit the metro and you will find the Lutheran church at Deák Ferenc tér 4. It's a short walk from the metro exit.

From Vác, walk to the nearest bus stop and take a bus that heads to Budapest. The bus journey may take approximately 40-50 minutes. Get off at the stop for Deák Ferenc tér.
