Walking
From the center of Vác, head south on Kossuth Lajos utca towards the Váci Cathedral. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Széchenyi utca. Turn left onto Széchenyi utca. Walk along this street until you see the bus station on your right. From there, you can catch a bus to Budapest. The bus will take you to the main bus terminal in Budapest, where you can transfer to public transportation to reach Szechenyi-hegy.
Bus
At the Váci bus station, purchase a ticket to Budapest. Board the bus heading to Budapest, which usually takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the main bus terminal in Budapest, look for the Metro station nearby.
Metro
From the main bus terminal, take the Metro Line 3 (blue line) towards Kőbánya-Kispest. Get off at the 'Deák Ferenc tér' station, where you can transfer to Metro Line 2 (red line). Board the train towards Déli Pályaudvar and get off at the 'Déli Pályaudvar' station.
Public Transport
Once at 'Déli Pályaudvar', exit the Metro station and look for the bus stop outside. Take bus 29 or 212 towards 'Hűvösvölgy'. After a 15-20 minute ride, get off at the 'Szechenyi-hegy' bus stop. From there, follow the signs leading to Szechenyi-hegy, which is a short walk uphill.
