Walking
Start at the center of Vác, near the Váci Cathedral. Head south on Kossuth Lajos utca towards the Danube River. Continue straight until you reach the riverside promenade. Turn left and walk along the promenade until you reach the Váci Bridge. Cross the bridge to enter Budapest. Once you are in Budapest, turn right onto Clark Ádám tér, where you will find the iconic Chain Bridge and stunning views of the Buda Castle.
Train
From the Vác train station, purchase a ticket to Budapest Nyugati station. Board the train heading towards Budapest and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Upon arrival at Nyugati station, exit the station and head towards the tram stop. Take tram line 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at the Clark Ádám tér stop, which is close to the Chain Bridge and offers beautiful views of the Buda side.
Bus
At the Váci bus station, take bus number 6 towards Budapest. The bus will take you directly to the city. Once you arrive in Budapest, get off at the stop for Clark Ádám tér. This area is famous for its proximity to the Chain Bridge and Buda Castle, making it a great spot for sightseeing.
