Walking
From the center of Veszprém, head towards the main square (Óváros tér). Once there, locate the bus stop named 'Veszprém, Régi Városháza.' Take bus number 20 or 22 towards Csókakő. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Csókakő, Külterület.' After exiting the bus, follow the signposts leading towards Csókakő Castle; it is a short walk of about 10-15 minutes uphill along the marked path.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Veszprém. Start at the main square (Óváros tér) and head southwest on Rákóczi Street. Follow the road signs towards Csókakő. The route is approximately 5 km and should take around 20 minutes. Be cautious as some parts may have steep inclines. Once you arrive in Csókakő, you will find the castle located on a hill, which may require a short uphill trek.
Public Transport
Take bus number 20 or 22 from Veszprém's main bus station (Veszprém autóbusz-állomás). The journey to Csókakő will take approximately 25 minutes. Get off at 'Csókakő, Külterület.' From the bus stop, follow the signs directing you to Csókakő Castle, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. The path is well marked and leads directly to the castle entrance.
