Walking
If you are starting from the Veszprém city center, head south on Kossuth Lajos utca. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Zrínyi utca. Turn left onto Zrínyi utca and follow it until you reach the main square, Óváros tér. From there, continue straight onto Törvényház utca. After about 5 minutes, you will come to a fork; keep to the right onto Kossuth utca. Elzárt Épület will be on your right shortly after you pass the local park.
Public Transport
From the Veszprém bus station, take bus number 5 towards 'Kálvária'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Kossuth Lajos utca'. Walk south on Kossuth Lajos utca for about 5 minutes until you reach Zrínyi utca. Turn left and continue to Óváros tér. From there, follow Törvényház utca, then turn right onto Kossuth utca. Elzárt Épület will be on your right just after the park.
