If you are starting from Veszprém's city center (Kossuth Lajos utca), head northwest towards Aulich Lajos utca. Continue on Aulich Lajos utca for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Vár utca. Turn left onto Vár utca and walk for another 200 meters. You will see the Castle Gate - Heroes' Gate (Vár u. 2, 8200) on your right, marked by a prominent archway leading into the historic castle area.

From Veszprém's main bus station (Veszprém Autóbusz-állomás), take bus line 1 towards Tihany. Get off at the stop called 'Vár' (approximately 10 minutes). From there, walk northwest along Vár utca for about 200 meters, and you will see Castle Gate - Heroes' Gate on your right.
