Walking
Start at Veszprém's city center, specifically at the Veszprém Cathedral (Érseki Palota). From the cathedral, head north on Kossuth Lajos utca. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Báthory utca. Turn left onto Báthory utca and walk until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find a pedestrian path leading to Gulya-domb. Follow this path through the greenery, and you will arrive at Gulya-domb, which is a nature preserve and a popular tourist attraction in Veszprém.
Public Transport
Begin your journey at the Veszprém Bus Station. Take bus number 1 or 2 heading towards the Veszprém Zoo. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the stop named 'Zoo.' From there, walk towards the entrance of the zoo and follow the signs leading to Gulya-domb, which is adjacent to the zoo. The walk is approximately 15 minutes through the scenic paths.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from any of the rental stations in Veszprém. Start your ride from the city center and head northwest towards the Veszprém Zoo. You can take the bike path along the main road. Once you reach the zoo, park your bike and follow the walking paths to Gulya-domb, which is nearby. The cycling distance is about 3 km and takes roughly 15-20 minutes.
