Car
From the center of Akureyri, head east on Hafnarstræti toward Aðalstræti. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kjónavallagata. Turn left onto Kjónavallagata and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Vaðlaskógur. Continue on Vaðlaskógur for about 2 km, and the Forest Lagoon will be on your right at Vaðlaskógur 605. There is ample parking available.

Public Transportation
From Akureyri's main bus station, take Bus Line 1 towards Vaðlaskógur. The bus runs every 30 minutes. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Vaðlaskógur stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the Forest Lagoon at Vaðlaskógur 605. Follow the signs towards the lagoon just a few minutes away.
