Walking
If you are starting from the Akureyri city center, head east on Hafnarstræti street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Glerárgata. Turn left onto Glerárgata and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bjarkarstígur street. Walk along Bjarkarstígur for about 400 meters, and you will find the Davíðs Stefánsson Writer's Museum on your left at Bjarkarstígur 6.

From the Akureyri bus terminal, take bus number 1 towards 'Borgarholt.' After approximately 5 stops, get off at the 'Bjarkarstígur' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk in the direction of Bjarkarstígur street, which is just a short walk away. The museum is located at Bjarkarstígur 6, and should take you about 5 minutes to reach from the bus stop.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Akureyri city center and head east along Hafnarstræti. Continue on Glerárgata until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Bjarkarstígur street. Bike along Bjarkarstígur for about 400 meters, and you will see the Davíðs Stefánsson Writer's Museum on your left at Bjarkarstígur 6. The ride should take around 10 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.
