If you are starting from the Akureyri city center, head east along Hafnarstræti street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lækjargata. Turn left onto Lækjargata and continue walking. You will pass by a couple of shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the next intersection with Hjalteyrargata. Turn right onto Hjalteyrargata and walk straight until you reach the Glerárskóli school. From there, you should see Huldugil nearby. Just a short walk down the road will lead you directly to your destination.

To get to Huldugil using public transport, begin your journey at the Akureyri bus terminal located near the city center. Take bus number 1 heading towards Glerárhverfi. The bus will stop at various points, but you should get off at the Glerárskóli stop. From there, it’s just a short walk down the road in the direction of the school to reach Huldugil. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as it may vary, especially on weekends.
