    From the center of Akureyri, head to the main bus terminal located at Hafnarstræti 3. Look for the bus routes that go towards Skjaldarvík. Purchase a ticket from the ticket machine or the bus driver. Get on the bus that is headed to Skjaldarvík. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the stop nearest to Skjaldarvík Guest House Road, disembark. From there, walk along Skjaldarvík Guest House Road for about 500 meters until you see the guest house on your left.

    Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Akureyri. Start from the city center and head east towards the coast, following the bike paths. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Skjaldarvík Guest House Road. Turn left and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Closed guest house on your left-hand side.
