Walking
If you are starting from the center of Akureyri, head east on Hafnarstræti towards Sólgötu. Continue on Hafnarstræti until you reach the intersection with Eyjafjarðarbraut. Turn left onto Eyjafjarðarbraut and walk straight for about 1.5 km. You will see signs for Iðnaðarsafnið á Akureyri on your right. The museum is located at MW69+J4F, Krókeyri, which is just off the main road.

To reach Iðnaðarsafnið by public transport, find the nearest bus stop in Akureyri. Take Bus Line 1 towards 'Kársnes' and get off at the stop 'Krókeyri'. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards Eyjafjarðarbraut, and the museum will be visible on your left. The total travel time should be around 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Akureyri. Start from the city center and head towards the same route as for walking: ride east on Hafnarstræti, then turn left onto Eyjafjarðarbraut. Continue cycling for about 1.5 km, and you will find Iðnaðarsafnið á Akureyri on your right. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
