Car

To reach Rauðhólar by car, start from Reykjavik and take the Ring Road (Route 1) towards the town of Mosfellsbær. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the junction with Route 36. Turn left onto Route 36 and follow the signs for Rauðhólar. The site is located off the main road and there will be designated parking areas for visitors.
