Start at the Borgarnes Town Center, located around the main square. Head northwest on Skúlagata street toward Brákarbraut. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Brákarbraut. Turn left onto Brákarbraut. Walk along Brákarbraut for about 500 meters. You will see Landnámssetrið on your right at Brákarbraut 13-15. It's a gift shop with a pleasant exterior.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start at the Borgarnes Town Center. Ride northwest on Skúlagata street and merge left onto Brákarbraut. Cycle along Brákarbraut for approximately 500 meters. Landnámssetrið will be located on your right at Brákarbraut 13-15, easily visible from the road.
