From the center of Borgarnes, start at the Borgarnes Swimming Pool (Sundlaug Borgarness) located on Sæbólsvegur street. Head south towards the main road (Borgarvegi). Once at Borgarvegi, turn left and walk along the road, following the signs towards Raufarnes. Continue walking for about 3.5 kilometers, which will take approximately 45 minutes on foot.
