    From Dynjandi Waterfall, take Route 60 southbound. Continue on Route 60 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 61. Turn right onto Route 61 and follow it for about 21 kilometers. You will pass through the town of Þingeyri. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Flókalundur. As you approach Flókalundur, look for the coordinates HRGP+64, which is the location of Hellulaug. There is a small parking area available for visitors.

    While public transportation options can be limited in the Westfjords, you can take a bus from Ísafjörður to Flókalundur. Check the local bus schedule to ensure you catch the right bus. Once you arrive at the Flókalundur bus stop, Hellulaug is approximately a 15-minute walk from there.
