Car
From Dynjandi Waterfall, head east on Route 60 towards Þingeyri. Continue on Route 60 for about 18 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 61. Turn left onto Route 61 and follow it for approximately 30 kilometers until you arrive in Ísafjörður. In Ísafjörður, follow signs for Naustahvilft - The Troll Seat. The site is about 2 kilometers from the city center. Make sure to park at the designated parking area and follow the marked trail to reach Naustahvilft.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from the nearest bus stop in Dynjandi to Ísafjörður. Check the local bus schedule as it may vary, especially in off-peak seasons. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Ísafjörður bus terminal, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Naustahvilft - The Troll Seat. The walk is about 2 kilometers from the terminal, following local signage towards the hiking area.

If you are already in Ísafjörður, you can walk to Naustahvilft from the city center. Head east from the main square towards Route 61. Follow Route 61 for about 2 kilometers, keeping an eye out for local signs directing you to the hiking trail that leads to Naustahvilft. The trail is well marked and offers stunning views along the way.
