Walking
Start in the center of Ísafjörður, at the main square near the iconic Ísafjörður Harbour. From the square, head towards the east along the waterfront, following the path along the coast. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful views of the harbour and the surrounding mountains. Continue along the path until you reach the intersection with Aðalstræti, which is the main road. Turn left onto Aðalstræti. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you see a sign for 'Jónsgarður' on your right. Follow the path indicated by the sign, which will lead you directly to Jónsgarður. The park is a short walk from this point.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Ísafjörður. Start at the rental shop and head towards the main square. From there, cycle east along the waterfront, enjoying the coastal views. Once you reach the intersection with Aðalstræti, turn left and continue cycling straight for about 1 kilometer. Look for the sign for 'Jónsgarður' on your right. Turn onto the path leading to the park, which will be a few minutes away from that turn.
