From the town of Egilsstaðir, head east on Route 1 (the Ring Road) for approximately 22 km until you reach the junction with Route 93. Turn onto Route 93 and follow it for about 19 km. As you approach the village of Seyðisfjörður, look for signs that direct you to Upphéraðsvegur. Turn onto Upphéraðsvegur and continue for about 8 km until you reach Litlanesfoss. There is parking available near the waterfall.
