Follow this road until you reach the Skaftafell Visitor Center, where you can find parking and additional information.

To reach Skaftafell using public transportation, take a bus from Egilsstaðir to Höfn. Check the schedules for the bus operated by Strætó, as they have routes that connect the East Fjords to Höfn.
