Look for the signs indicating Rjúkandi Waterfall. The waterfall is located just off Route 93, and there is a parking area nearby where you can safely leave your car.

To reach Rjúkandi Waterfall by public transport, take a bus from Egilsstaðir to the nearest stop on Route 93. The bus service is operated by Strætó, and you can check their schedules online. Once you arrive at the bus stop, it will be a short walk (approximately 1 kilometer) to the waterfall. Look for signs along the way or ask locals for directions if needed. Be sure to check the last bus times to ensure you have a way back to Egilsstaðir.
