Public Bus
From Egilsstadir, you can take the local bus heading towards Seydisfjordur. Board the bus at the Egilsstadir Bus Station. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Rjúkandi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Rjúkandi stop, you will need to walk about 1.5 km to reach the waterfall. Follow the path that leads you westward. The path may be slightly steep, so wear comfortable walking shoes.
