Getting There

Walking
From the center of Grindavik, head east on Þórsgata towards the main road (Route 43). Turn right at the main road and continue along it for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the bus stop near the Blue Lagoon. Take the bus to Reykjavík; it will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, head towards Laugardalur, which is located northeast of the city center. You can either walk to Laugardalur from the bus station (approximately 30 minutes walk) or take a local bus heading towards Laugardalur. The bus stops are located near the bus station.
