    From the center of Grindavik, head southwest on Aðalgata street towards the harbor. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Suðurgata. Turn left onto Suðurgata and follow it for another 400 meters. You'll pass the local swimming pool and playground on your right. As you reach the end of Suðurgata, turn right onto a small path leading towards the hills. Continue on this path for about 700 meters until you see the distinct shape of Litli-Hrútur rising ahead. Follow the trail up the hill, which will lead you directly to the summit of Litli-Hrútur at 309 meters.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Grindavik town center and cycle southwest on Aðalgata street towards the harbor. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Suðurgata. Continue cycling along Suðurgata for 400 meters, passing the local swimming pool. At the end of Suðurgata, take a right onto the path leading to the hills. Pedal along this path for around 700 meters, and you will reach the foot of Litli-Hrútur. Secure your bike and hike the trail leading up to the summit, which offers stunning views.
