Walking
From the center of Grindavik, head southeast on Aðalgata street towards the intersection with Sigtún. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Sigtún. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of Sigtún, where it meets the main road (Route 43). Cross the road and continue walking on the path adjacent to the road heading towards Reykjanesbær. Follow the path for approximately 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Route 43 towards Reykjanesbær. Continue walking along this road for about 2 kilometers. Look for signs indicating 'Mars (Sólkerfið á Reykjanesi)' or 'Sólkerfið.' You will find the attraction on your left at the address 233 Reykjanesbær.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle in Grindavik, start at the rental location and head southeast on Aðalgata street towards Sigtún. Turn left onto Sigtún and cycle until you reach the main road (Route 43). Carefully cross the road and continue cycling along the designated bike path next to Route 43 heading towards Reykjanesbær. Keep cycling for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Route 43, and keep an eye out for the signs for 'Mars (Sólkerfið á Reykjanesi).' The attraction will be on your left side at 233 Reykjanesbær.
Public Transport
To reach Mars (Sólkerfið á Reykjanesi) via public transport, start from the main bus stop in Grindavik. Check the local schedule for a bus heading towards Reykjanesbær. Board the bus and remain on it until you reach the stop closest to 'Mars (Sólkerfið á Reykjanesi),' which is typically at the Reykjanesbær area. After disembarking, walk about 1 kilometer along Route 43 towards the attraction, which should be visible along the road. It is located at 233 Reykjanesbær.
