From the center of Grindavik, head northeast on Þjóðvegur 43. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 41. Turn left onto Route 41 and walk for another 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to the Reykjanes Lighthouse. The lighthouse is located at R78W+864, 233 Keflavík, which is approximately 2 kilometers from the Route 41 turnoff. Follow the path that leads to the top of the hill for the best views.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bicycle, start from the center of Grindavik and bike northeast along Þjóðvegur 43. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Route 41. Continue cycling along this route for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs to the Reykjanes Lighthouse, and follow the path leading to the lighthouse, which is located at R78W+864, 233 Keflavík. The entire ride should take around 20-30 minutes depending on your pace.
Public Transport
To reach the Reykjanes Lighthouse via public transport, head to the nearest bus stop in Grindavik. Take the bus towards Keflavik and get off at the stop closest to Route 41. From there, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to the lighthouse location at R78W+864, 233 Keflavík. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the latest times as they can vary.
