From the center of Hafnarfjörður, head towards the bus terminal located at Strandgata. You can reach it by walking along Aðalgata street. Once you arrive at the bus terminal, take Bus number 1 towards 'Vík' and get off at the 'Kopavogur' stop. From there, transfer to Bus number 5 towards 'Reykjavik' and get off at 'Háskóli Íslands' (University of Iceland) stop. This will take you to Reykjavík, where Þúfa is located.
