From the center of Húsavík, head southwest on Aðalstræti towards Garðarsbraut. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route 85. Turn left onto Route 85 and drive for approximately 4.5 km. Look for a sign indicating the entrance to Húsavík Mountain, which will be on your right. Follow the road leading up to the base of the mountain. Parking is available near the trailhead.
