If you are starting from the Húsavík Whale Museum, exit the museum and head east on Garðarsbraut street. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Hafnarstétt street. Turn left onto Hafnarstétt and walk straight for approximately 300 meters. Gamli Baukur will be on your right at Hafnarstétt 9.

From the Húsavík harbor area, walk along the waterfront path towards the east. Continue walking until you see the sign for Gamli Baukur. It is located at Hafnarstétt 9, just a short stroll from the harbor, about 400 meters.
Public Transportation
Should you be near the Húsavík bus station, look for local buses that might provide service to the town center or harbor area. Once you arrive near the harbor, you can easily walk towards Hafnarstétt street. Gamli Baukur is located at Hafnarstétt 9, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are at the Church of Húsavík, exit the church and head south towards Garðarsbraut street. Turn left onto Garðarsbraut and continue for about 600 meters until you reach Hafnarstétt street. Turn right onto Hafnarstétt, and you will find Gamli Baukur at number 9, just a few meters ahead.
