Walking
Start at the Ísafjörður town center, where you can find the main square (Torg). Walk towards the east along Aðalstræti Street. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Fjarðarstræti. Turn left onto Fjarðarstræti. Slökkvistöðin is located at Fjarðarstræti 28, approximately 300 meters down the road on your right.

If available, take a local bus from the nearest bus stop in Ísafjörður towards the eastern residential areas. Ask the driver to let you off at the Fjarðarstræti stop. From there, walk about 100 meters back towards the west along Fjarðarstræti, and you will reach Slökkvistöðin at number 28 on your right.
