From the center of Ísafjörður, start at the Ísafjörður Town Hall located at Aðalstræti 7. Walk east on Aðalstræti until you reach the intersection with Bókhlöðustígur. Turn left onto Bókhlöðustígur and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sindragata. Turn right onto Sindragata. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the Whale Bones located at Sindragata 14. The landmark will be on your left.

If you are starting from the Ísafjörður Harbour area, head north on the main road (Aðalstræti) towards the town center. Once you reach the intersection with Bókhlöðustígur, turn right. Follow Bókhlöðustígur until you reach Sindragata. Turn left onto Sindragata and walk approximately 300 meters. The Whale Bones will be on your right at Sindragata 14.

From the Ísafjörður Museum located at Aðalstræti 7, walk north towards the harbor. When you reach the waterfront, turn left and walk along the coast until you reach the intersection with Bókhlöðustígur. Turn right onto Bókhlöðustígur, then left onto Sindragata. Continue walking until you see the Whale Bones at Sindragata 14, which will be on your left.
