Car
From your location in Kerlingarfjöll, head southeast on Route 50 ( Þjóðvegur 50) for about 15 kilometers. Continue straight to stay on Route 50, then turn left onto Route 1 ( Þjóðvegur 1) heading north. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Route 31 (Bifröst). Follow Route 31 for about 10 kilometers, and then turn right onto the road signposted for Grábrók. The parking area for Grábrók will be on your left.

While public transportation options are limited in the area, you can take a bus from the nearest town, such as Bifröst, which is about 10 kilometers from Grábrók. Check with local bus services for schedules. Once you arrive in Bifröst, you can either walk for about 2 kilometers or consider using a taxi service to reach the Grábrók parking area.
