From the main town of Ísafjörður, head southwest on Route 61. Continue for approximately 4.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route 63. Turn right onto Route 63 and follow it for about 38 km until you reach the small town of Akranes. Once in Akranes, drive to 22 Akranesi, which is the address for Eyrarskógur. The total drive should take around 1 hour, depending on road conditions.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Ísafjörður to Akranes; check local schedules for routes as they may vary. Once you arrive at Akranes, you will need to take a taxi or walk to 22 Akranesi, where Eyrarskógur is located. Be sure to confirm the bus times in advance, as service may not be frequent.
