Getting There

Walking
Start at the center of Olafsvik, near the main church (Olafsvikurkirkja) which is a notable landmark. Head southwest on Aðalgata street for about 300 meters until you reach the junction with Skagafjörður street. Turn right onto Skagafjörður street and continue walking for approximately 400 meters. You'll see a sign for Malarrif. Follow the road signs and continue straight for about 2 kilometers on Malarrif road (Malarrifsgata). The Visitor Center at Malarrif will be on your left, just before you reach the coast.

Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start at the center of Olafsvik and head southwest on Aðalgata street. After about 300 meters, turn right onto Skagafjörður street. Continue straight for 400 meters and then turn left onto Malarrif road (Malarrifsgata). Keep cycling for about 2 kilometers, and you'll find the Visitor Center at Malarrif on your left before you reach the coast.
