From the center of Ólafsvík, head west on Aðalgata Street towards the harbor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kaldalón. Turn right onto Kaldalón and follow it until you reach the road leading out of town. Stay on this road for about 3 km, enjoying the scenic views along the way. When you reach the fork in the road, take the left path that leads towards the mountains. Continue on this path for approximately 1 km, and you will start to hear the sound of the waterfall. Follow the pathway that leads downhill towards the sound, and soon you will arrive at Bæjarfoss.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Ólafsvík. Start at the town center and follow Aðalgata Street towards the harbor. From there, take Kaldalón and head out of town.
