Walking
Start at the center of Ólafsvík, near the local convenience store, Bónus. Head west on Aðalgata (the main street) towards the harbor. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer, enjoying the views of the sea and mountains around you. As you approach the harbor, you will see a large wooden building on your left. This is Pakkhúsið, located at V7WR+CH7, 355 Ólafsvík. The entrance is facing the water, and you can easily spot the sign for Pakkhúsið.
Bicycling
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the central square of Ólafsvík. Take Aðalgata heading west, cycling along the waterfront. Follow the road as it curves slightly towards the harbor. In approximately 10 minutes, you will see Pakkhúsið on your left side at V7WR+CH7, 355 Ólafsvík. There's a bike rack available near the entrance for you to secure your bicycle.
Public Transport
Although Ólafsvík is a small town with limited public transport, check for any local buses that might operate near your location. If available, take the bus towards the harbor area. Request to stop near Aðalgata, and from there, walk approximately 5 minutes west along the main street. Pakkhúsið will be on your left at V7WR+CH7, 355 Ólafsvík.
