If you are starting from the city center (e.g., Hallgrímskirkja), head southwest on Skólavörðustígur street towards Laugavegur street. Continue onto Túngata, then take a left onto Suðurgata. Follow Suðurgata until you reach the intersection with Norðurslóð. Turn right onto Norðurslóð, and continue walking straight. Þúfa will be on your left at the address 5338+QF4, Norðurslóð.
