From the center of Reykjavík, head south on Laugavegur street. Continue straight until you reach Hlemmur Square, which is a central bus terminal. From Hlemmur, take the bus number 14 towards 'Hlíðar' and disembark at the 'Skógarhlíð' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance south on Skógarhlíð street, and you will find Gray Line Iceland at Skógarhlíð 10.

If you are near Hallgrímskirkja, the iconic church in Reykjavík, you can take the number 14 bus from the nearby bus stop 'Hallgrímskirkja' towards 'Hlíðar.' The bus will take you directly to the 'Skógarhlíð' stop. After getting off, walk a few meters south on Skógarhlíð street, and Gray Line Iceland will be on your left at Skógarhlíð 10.
