Start from the center of Sauðárkrókur, specifically at the main town square. Head southwest on Aðalstræti street until you reach the junction with Kaldanesháls road. At this junction, take a left onto Kaldanesháls. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see signs indicating Brown beach (Brúnnströnd) on your right. Follow the signs; the path will lead you directly to the beach.

Rent a bicycle from any local rental shop in Sauðárkrókur. Begin at the town square and cycle southwest along Aðalstræti. When you reach the junction with Kaldanesháls, turn left and continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for signs for Brown beach (Brúnnströnd) on your right. Follow the path to reach the beach.
