From the center of Sauðárkrókur, head north on Aðalgata street towards Skagfirðingabraut. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Skagfirðingabraut. Turn left onto Skagfirðingabraut and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see a sign for Útsýnisstaður yfir Sauðárkrók on your right. Follow the path leading up to the observation deck, which is situated at Skagfirðingabraut 39.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Sauðárkrókur and make your way to Aðalgata street. Ride north until you reach Skagfirðingabraut. Turn left and continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer. You'll notice the observation deck sign on your right side. Follow the designated bike path leading up to Útsýnisstaður yfir Sauðárkrók located at Skagfirðingabraut 39.
